1 lb (450g) ribeye steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Prepare the Beef and Vegetables:
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened and caramelized, about 8–10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and cook the thinly sliced beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once done, remove from heat and let cool slightly. - Assemble the Dip:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, half of the provolone cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Fold in the cooked beef, caramelized onions, and bell peppers. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. - Bake the Dip:
