Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 ripe banana (or ¼ cup applesauce)

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅓ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a ramekin or small baking dish.
  • In a blender or bowl, combine oats, banana, egg, milk, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
