Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 lb (450g) salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a small pan. Heat over medium until slightly thickened (2–3 minutes).
  • Toss cooked salmon bites in the warm glaze until well coated.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with lime wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Use tamari or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
  • Adjust Sriracha for more or less heat.
  • Great served over rice, quinoa, or in lettuce wraps.
