2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb (450g) salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a small pan. Heat over medium until slightly thickened (2–3 minutes).
- Toss cooked salmon bites in the warm glaze until well coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with lime wedges if desired.
Notes
- Use tamari or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
- Adjust Sriracha for more or less heat.
