  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced)

  • ½ cup thick caramel or dulce de leche

  • Extra banana slices

  • Shaved chocolate or cocoa powder

  • Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

  • Mix biscuit crumbs and melted butter, then press into a lined 8×8-inch pan. Chill to set.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta (if using), powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread cheesecake mixture over crust.
