2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp melted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice zucchinis lengthwise into thick “steaks” (about ½–¾ inch thick).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the zucchini steaks on both sides with the garlic mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the zucchini.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
