1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, rice, Alfredo sauce, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and veggies (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
