Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chives, sesame seeds, and chile-garlic sauce.
- Set the dipping sauce aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, garlic, egg, chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger until fully combined.
