Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 2 cups dark or milk chocolate chips

  • ½ cup crushed candy canes

  • ½ cup red and green sprinkles

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional)

  • ¼ cup roasted nuts (e.g., almonds, pecans) (optional)

Directions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Melt the dark or milk chocolate chips in the same manner, then drizzle over the white chocolate layer.
  • Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the two chocolates together for a marbled effect.
  • Immediately sprinkle with crushed candy canes, sprinkles, cranberries, and nuts.
  • Let the bark set at room temperature for 1–2 hours or refrigerate for 30 minutes to speed up the process.
  • Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve or package for gifting.

Notes

  • You can switch the chocolate types, using only white, dark, or milk chocolate, depending on preference.
  • For extra flair, drizzle with melted caramel or add a sprinkle of sea salt.
  • This bark can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
