  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, combine chopped pickles, red onion, tomato, bell pepper, and jalapeño.
  • Stir in pickle juice, lime juice, and fresh dill if using.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld, then serve chilled or at room temperature.
