Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
6 tbsp ice water
2 cups cranberries
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- In a food processor, combine flour and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add ice water and pulse until the dough comes together.
- Divide dough in half and roll out one half to fit a greased pie dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix cranberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Spoon mixture onto the prepared pie crust.
- Roll out the remaining dough and place on top of the cranberry mixture, sealing the edges.
- Cut slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Allow pie to cool before serving.
