Ingredients

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1–2 tbsp milk or cream

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls horizontally (like a sandwich) without separating them.
  • Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  • Spread the cinnamon-sugar butter mixture generously over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Replace the top half, then drizzle any remaining mixture over the top.
  • Bake in a greased baking dish for 10–12 minutes, or until warm and gooey.
  • While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze.
  • Drizzle glaze over warm rolls. Serve immediately!

Notes

  • Best served warm — microwave leftovers for 10–15 seconds to revive the gooeyness.
  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch.
  • Try using flavored cream cheese in the glaze for a tangy twist.
