- Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls horizontally (like a sandwich) without separating them.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread the cinnamon-sugar butter mixture generously over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Replace the top half, then drizzle any remaining mixture over the top.
- Bake in a greased baking dish for 10–12 minutes, or until warm and gooey.
- While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls. Serve immediately!
