Ingredients
4 betel leaves
1 cup milk
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon gulkand (sweet rose petal preserve)
1 tablespoon chopped fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tablespoon chopped dried dates
1 tablespoon chopped cashews or almonds
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
A few ice cubes (optional)
Chopped pistachios and rose petals for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Wash the betel leaves thoroughly and remove the stems.
- In a blender, add the betel leaves, milk, vanilla ice cream, gulkand, chopped fennel seeds, dried dates, chopped nuts, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If desired, add a few ice cubes to make the milkshake chilled.
- Once blended, pour the Paan Milkshake into serving glasses.
