 this summer drink has become quite popular among gatherings and parties. Made with a combination of milk, betel leaves and gulkand or an easier way is to put whole paan with a bit of fennel seeds and desiccated coconut and vanilla ice cream, this drink will surely win the hearts. It’s super refreshing, cool on the stomach and super delicious all in one.

Ingredients

  • 4 betel leaves

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

  • 1 tablespoon gulkand (sweet rose petal preserve)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fennel seeds (saunf)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped dried dates

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cashews or almonds

  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

  • A few ice cubes (optional)

  • Chopped pistachios and rose petals for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Wash the betel leaves thoroughly and remove the stems.
  • In a blender, add the betel leaves, milk, vanilla ice cream, gulkand, chopped fennel seeds, dried dates, chopped nuts, and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If desired, add a few ice cubes to make the milkshake chilled.
  • Once blended, pour the Paan Milkshake into serving glasses.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious Paan Milkshake.
