½ cup sour cream
1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
¾ cup deli ham or dried beef, finely chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Crackers, pretzels, or celery sticks, for serving
Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
- Fold in chopped pickles, ham or dried beef, and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve cold with your favorite dippers.
Notes
- For extra flavor, stir in a tablespoon of pickle juice.
- Use dried beef for a more classic roll-up flavor, or turkey/ham for a lighter version.
