1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp butter, melted

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
