HOW TO STORE THE SMOOTHIE?
You can make this strawberry banana smoothie for 2 – 3 days and refrigerate in glass bottles sealed with caps. Else just make a puree of strawberry and refrigerate and when planning to make smoothie in 1 – 2 days, add them to banana, milk in a blender or juicer. Blend it smooth.

4 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
2 banana
0.5 cup almond milk or dairy-free yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave if required sweetness
2 cup ice
- Toppings
4 tbsp chopped dry fruits
2 tbsp protein powder
2 tsp soaked chia seeds
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a blender.
- If other toppings if any (protein powder, spinach greens, oat meals, etc.)
- Blend it for a minute or till smooth.
- Pour in a glass and add extra toppings of dry fruits.
Notes
- For smoothie bowl add only a little milk just enough to blend the ingredients.
- Add any extra toppings to the smoothie bowl.
