HOW TO STORE THE SMOOTHIE?

You can make this strawberry banana smoothie for 2 – 3 days and refrigerate in glass bottles sealed with caps. Else just make a puree of strawberry and refrigerate and when planning to make smoothie in 1 – 2 days, add them to banana, milk in a blender or juicer. Blend it smooth.

  • Add all ingredients in a blender.
  • If other toppings if any (protein powder, spinach greens, oat meals, etc.)
  • Blend it for a minute or till smooth.
  • Pour in a glass and add extra toppings of dry fruits.

Notes

  • For smoothie bowl add only a little milk just enough to blend the ingredients.
  • Add any extra toppings to the smoothie bowl.
