2 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1 head butter lettuce or romaine, leaves separated and washed
½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
