4 cups brewed green tea, cooled
1 cup rhubarb syrup (see instructions below)
¼ cup honey (adjust to taste)
½ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups sparkling water
Ice cubes
Orange and lemon slices, for garnish

Directions

To prepare the rhubarb syrup, simmer 1 cup chopped rhubarb with ½ cup water and ¼ cup honey in a saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes, until the rhubarb softens. Strain and cool.
In a large pitcher, mix the brewed green tea, rhubarb syrup, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir well until combined.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
