• Prepare the Dough
  In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yogurt. Mix well until the dough starts to come together. If the dough feels too dry, add a little bit of water, a tablespoon at a time, until you get a soft, elastic dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and pliable
• Divide the Dough
  Once the dough is ready, divide it into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
• . Roll Into Flatbreads
  On a lightly floured surface, take one dough ball at a time and roll it out into a circle, about 1/2 inch thick. The dough should spread easily and create a nice, even layer.
• Cook the Bazlama
  Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the rolled-out dough into the dry skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until you see golden brown spots and the bread is puffed up. You can gently press down on the bread with a spatula to help it puff up and cook evenly.
• Serve Warm
  Remove the bread from the pan and cover it with a clean kitchen towel to keep it warm. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
