  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, minced (optional, for heat)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • Salt, to taste

  • 6 small corn or flour tortillas

  • Optional toppings: shredded cabbage, sour cream, lime wedges, hot sauce

Directions

  • Combine mango, avocado, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl.
  • Gently toss and season with salt. Chill until ready to use.
