  • 1 cup cherry pie filling (canned or homemade)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 equal squares.
  • Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the center of each square, then add a spoonful of cherry pie filling on top.
