2 lbs (about 4 medium) russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
