  • 1 (12–16 oz) box mini saltine or oyster crackers

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice

  • ½ cup vegetable or olive oil

  • 1–2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to heat preference)

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • In a large zip-top bag or bowl, combine oil, pickle juice, hot sauce, ranch mix, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add the crackers and gently toss or shake to coat evenly.
  • Let sit for at least 1–2 hours, or overnight, tossing occasionally to absorb all the flavors.
  • Serve as-is or bake at 250°F (120°C) for 15–20 minutes for extra crunch (optional).
