1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns, toasted and ground (or powder)
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
