4 whole limes, washed and quartered
1 cup cold water
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
Ice cubes

Directions
- Place the quartered limes and water in a blender. Pulse 4-5 times to crush the limes without over-blending (to avoid bitterness).
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Press the pulp to extract juice but discard solids.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- Do not blend too long or the peel will make the drink bitter.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
