2-3 cups bok choy or spinach
1 tbsp soy sauce (for the broth)

Directions
- Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp (if using), green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and white pepper. Mix well until the filling becomes sticky and well-combined. - Assemble the Wontons:
