1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper
1 ripe mango, diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
½ small red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, minced (optional, for heat)
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Salt, to taste
6 small corn or flour tortillas
Optional toppings: shredded cabbage, sour cream, lime wedges, hot sauce
Directions
- Combine mango, avocado, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Gently toss and season with salt. Chill until ready to use.
- Pat salmon dry and rub with olive oil.
