Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

  • 12–16 dill pickle chips (sliced pickles, patted dry)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange small mounds of shredded cheese (about 1 tbsp each) spaced apart on the sheet.
  • Place a pickle slice in the center of each cheese mound.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and crispy.
