2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lime juice (fresh)
1 tsp lime zest (optional)
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
8 small flour or corn tortillas
Directions
