  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Directions

  • Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
