¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional)
Olive oil for cooking
Burger buns and toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, sauces, etc.)
Directions
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
- Mix gently until everything is combined.
- Form into 4 evenly-sized patties.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat.
- Cook each patty for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F).
