• 1 cup cooked black beans or pinto beans

• 1 cup cooked shredded chicken or ground beef

• 1 teaspoon chili powder

• ½ teaspoon cumin

• ½ teaspoon paprika

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 4 large flour tortillas

• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

• ½ cup sour cream

• ½ cup salsa or pico de gallo

• 1 avocado or guacamole

• Chopped lettuce (optional)

Directions

• Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
• Stir in the cooked meat, beans, rice, and spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through and well mixed.
• Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave until soft and pliable.
