1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp paprika or red chili powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup roasted peanuts (crushed, for garnish)
Fresh coriander and spring onions (for garnish)
Directions
