300g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 cups seafood or chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 small carrot (sliced)

1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lime juice

Directions
- Sauté Aromatics – Heat olive oil in a pot. Add onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook until soft and fragrant.
