  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp dry white wine (optional)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
