1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
