4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of the fruit)
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt (enhances flavor)
Directions
- Place watermelon cubes in a blender. Add honey, lime juice, and salt.
- Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully solid.
- To release, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds and gently pull popsicles out.
Notes
- Add a few mint leaves or a splash of coconut water for a twist.
- For a layered look, freeze in two parts: one plain watermelon and one mixed with strawberries or kiwi.
